Jennifer Norton Bigelow
Founder & Principal

Jennifer Norton Bigelow is the Founder and Principal of Norton Home Office Management. Jennifer and her team provide personal business & life management for seniors, trustees & other individuals through financial organization, household management, trust & estate administration.
The experience of caring for a loved one taught Jennifer the importance of building a team of professionals to provide care and support. She brings this experience to her clients with knowledge, understanding, resources, and warmth. Jennifer believes in building teams of trusted professionals to bring the best team possible to Norton’s clients.
Jennifer is a member of American Association of Daily Money Managers, Junior League of Pasadena, and ProVisors (Pasadena 1, Seniors and Special Needs, Pasadena Estate & Succession Planning, and East Valley Women’s affinity groups). Jennifer graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona.

Anna McCarthy

Anna Bigelow McCarthy is an alumna of Wellesley College and Arizona State University. She has over 10 years of small business management experience and 7 years of one-on-one teaching, coaching, and mentoring experience.
Anna believes that every individual, regardless of age, should feel empowered to utilize their money to help them thrive. She partners with clients to not only manage their daily bills but also to address their larger business and household financial needs in order to create streamlined systems that allow her clients to open up time in their lives for the people and things most important to them.
When she’s not crunching numbers or coaching clients, Anna enjoys art, great reads, and strolling around her neighborhood with her dog, Lacey. She is an active member of her community having volunteered with AYSO Region 13 and the Pasadena Literary Alliance. She is also a member of the Pasadena Advisory Council.

Eliza Bigelow

Eliza focuses on building a strong background foundation for the Norton team so that they can best assist their clients in their many personal and professional endeavors. She believes that having a dedicated team able to provide compassionate and knowledgeable support is crucial to the success of Norton Home Management’s diverse client list. Her hope is that Norton’s clients are not only able to see growth and success in their financial and business endeavors but also in their own confidence and joy.
Eliza spends most of her free time with her dog, Persephone, and their host of almost- dead plants. She is a current Creative Writing student in the Riggio Honors Program at the New School. When not writing sad stories or reading rambling essays, you can find her discussing asset allocation in one’s twenties, mastering the art of QuickBooks, or buying books she’ll never read at her favorite independent store.

Colby Miller

Colby Miller is a lifelong resident of Southern California and an alumnus of the University of California, Los Angeles. He has several years of experience in administration, education, and anything computer related. Colby’s focus on providing technical and foundational support is a great benefit to Norton’s clients. He calmly approaches issues with diligence and integrity, making sure any problems are quickly and efficiently resolved.
Outside of work, Colby spends most of his free time indulging in his creative hobbies, such as writing and music, as well as staying active and enjoying sunlight whenever he can.

Tari Richardson

Tari Richardson specializes in household management and project coordination. She has over 15 years of experience in managing home based projects, including interior design and decorating, home organizing, and design consulting. She enjoys coordinating with clients and vendors to accomplish goals easily and efficiently.
Tari believes communication is the key to a successful partnership. With her warm, caring personality Tari emphasizes building strong relationships with Norton’s clients. Her commitment to finding the best solution for each individual client and their specific needs is unparalleled.
In her free time Tari enjoys being with family, friends, and her dog, Arrow. She loves live music, dreaming up new house projects, and redecorating homes. HomeGoods is her Disneyland!
