After Loss & Transitional Organization

Liaison with family, friends, and professional service providers, cancel household accounts and other services, provide guidance on required documentation, and construct a workable plan for success after the transitional period. 

Charitable Giving Management

Monitor and record all charitable donations. Provide full accounting of donations for tax purposes. Verify charitable organizations’ status and integrity prior to donations as needed.

Coordination of a Personal Team of Advisors

Build a team of trusted legal, financial, real estate, and medical care advisors as needed. Maintain open communication with the team and work cohesively to provide the best possible service for our clients. 

Document Organization

Establish a system for organizing financial statements, tax documents, and family files. Accumulate documents necessary to apply for loans, insurance, and financial aid and college applications, as well as regularly required documentation for legal, financial, and medical providers. Prepare information and documentation to hand off to accountants for tax filing.

Financial Account Management

Provide account oversight by analyzing cash flow and preparing budgets. Reconcile credit card statements, bank accounts, and/or investment accounts for appropriate categorization, accuracy, and discrepancies. 

Financial Literacy Coaching

The Financial Literacy Program is a one-on-one introduction to navigating personal money management. The program includes an in-depth look into your daily finances and current financial health, personalized and complete strategies for short-term and long-term financial independence, and lifelong knowledge, skills, and resources for sustainable success.

Fraud and Abuse Prevention

Monitor assets and secure financial activity. Provide forensic accounting for assessment of damages. Inventory property and maintain records (physical/digital). Credit restoration.

Household Management

Streamline and manage bill payments, schedule and vet in-home service providers and household staff, manage payroll, and negotiate with creditors.

Medical Claims

Handle complex insurance problems or file regular medical claims. 

Trust, Estate, and Foundation Administration

Support for executors, trustees, and administrators with document organizing, financial reporting, coordinating of disposition of assets and personal property, and compiling required annual reports.
